Participants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.<br>In the event of incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliant information, the right to claim a prize will be forfeited. The <b>Organizer <\/b>reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the data provided and exclude any invalid entries from the<br>contest.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7843b46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7843b46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Winner Selection<\/h2><p class=\"p1\">Only <b>valid entries<\/b> submitted within the specified deadline will be considered for the draw.<br>The Organizer declines any responsibility for the non-receipt of responses due to technical issues or any other reason.<br>Participation in the draw occurs automatically upon submission of a correct answer via the digital reply form.<br>The <b>Organizer <\/b>will conduct the winner selection using a <b>digital random number generator platform<\/b>.<br>Only participants who correctly answered the daily question will be included in the draw.<br><b>Winners will be notified of their prize via e-mail within 30 days following the closure of the Advent Calendar.<\/b>   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0d649f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d0d649f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Winner Notification<\/h2><p class=\"p1\">The winners will be notified <b>exclusively by e-mail<\/b> at the address provided at the time of entry.<br>The <b>prize <\/b>will be delivered in <b>digital format (PDF)<\/b> or, in exceptional cases, sent <b>by post<\/b> to the address provided by the participant.<br>In compliance with data <b>protection regulations<\/b>, the winners\u2019 information will <b>not be shared with the prize-providers\u2019 partners<\/b>.<br>If a winner <b>cannot be reached<\/b>, provides <b>invalid data<\/b>, or is <b>under 18 years of age<\/b>, the prize will not be awarded, and the Organizer reserves the right to carry out a <b>new draw<\/b>. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f86828f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f86828f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Regarding the Prize<\/h2><p class=\"p1\">Cash payments and legal recourse are excluded. The <b>validity of the prize vouchers<\/b> must be respected by the winners, according to the expiry date indicated on the voucher.<br>By participating, the winner <b>assumes full responsibility<\/b> for any <b>tax obligations<\/b> related to the prize.<br>The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or for another item, nor transferred or sold.<br>If a prize cannot be delivered for reasons beyond the Organizer\u2019s control, the Organizer reserves the right, at its sole<br>discretion, to award a substitute prize of equal value.<br>In the case of stays or experience prizes, the booking and use must be made directly with the partner establishment,<br>following the conditions set by the prize provider.<br>Any additional costs, without exception (e.g. meals, transport, or other expenses not included in the prize), <b>shall be borne by the winner<\/b>.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7988803 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7988803\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Data Protection<\/h2><p class=\"p1\">The personal data provided by participants (name, surname, e-mail address and any other contact details) are collected exclusively for the administration of the competition and for drawing the prizes.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Such data will <b>not be used for marketing purposes<\/b> and will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the technical service providers appointed by the Organizer (e.g., online platform or support agency), who will process the data <b>only for the purposes of the competition<\/b> and in accordance with the Organizer\u2019s instructions.<br>Only if the <b>participant has given explicit consent<\/b> to subscribe to the newsletter or to other promotional communications may their contact details be used for that purpose.<br>The data of participants who have not given such consent will be <b>deleted by 31 March 2026 at the latest<\/b>.<br>The Organizer ensures that all data processing operations are conducted in <b>full compliance with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP)<\/b> of Switzerland. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7075f8e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7075f8e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Final Provisions<\/h2><p class=\"p1\">This contest and its related regulations are governed by <b>Swiss law<\/b>, excluding the provisions of the <b>Federal Act on Private International Law (PILA)<\/b>.<br>For any disputes arising from or related to these regulations or the contest \u2013 including those concerning the validity,<br>nullity, or violation of these terms \u2013 the<b> courts of Lugano (Switzerland) shall have exclusive jurisdiction<\/b>.<br>In the event of a <b>breach of these conditions<\/b> or any <b>attempt to manipulate<\/b> the contest, the <b>Organizer <\/b>reserves the right to <b>exclude <\/b>the offenders from participation.
